Mindful Movement Group Classes

The Mindful Movement Group explores a well-rounded movement practice to help students and athletes develop a deeper relationship with mind-body connection and awareness. Instead of following a specific practice - ie. gymnastics, calisthenics, strength training, and flexibility/mobility, our group classes incorporate many elements of various disciplines to move more holistically and balanced. Group classes are held in person in Flushing & Manhattan locations. Please see our website for specific class meeting addresses.
